About the Session
Academic knowledge in law often does not translate well in the real world. Internships bridge this gap by giving you the space to see law in action and an understanding of the various professional spaces and expectations that await law students their graduation. Therefore, internships become an integral part of the law student’s professional journey.
However, securing the right internships is still a huge hurdle for many law students. The Legal Boffin has collaborated with Adv. Anjali T A to bring you a three part series that explores the following:
- An overview of legal internships: The impact of internship on legal career, how internships boost your legal career development, various institution’s to intern.
- Tools, tips and tricks you can use to secure an internship during the pandemic.
- How to make a resume or CV.

Adv. Anjaly T A
Student | LLM (Intellectual Property and Trade Laws)

Adv. Anjaly T A is currently pursuing her Masters of Law, LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Trade Laws from Christ University, Bangalore. She is also a full time practicing lawyer working with Adv. Sabala & Adv. Ansar at Thrissur, Kerala. She has completed her Bachelor’s in Law, LL.B. from the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram and has completed her CS Foundation Degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has interned with Cholamandal IP and Anand and Anand during her undergraduate. She has also interned in the chamber of Justice K Ramakrishnan, The High Court of Kerala and The Kerala Judicial Academy. She has also served as a Decoder for Amnesty International, India.

The Legal Boffin is a student-run legal blog born from the joint effort of the students and faculty of the Government Law College, Kozhikode.
